Northwest Youth & Family Services offers counseling and support for individuals and families experiencing difficulty with: depression, family conflict, anxiety, behavior disorders, self-esteem, anger, stress and difficult life transitions. They also offer group sessions for youth including "Growing Up Male: A group for boys ages 14-16 dealing with anger & other emotions" , and "Dealing with Feelings: A group for Girls Ages 14-17". The Adaptive Recreation Club is a joint effort between the Parks and Recreation Departments of Arden Hills, MoundsView, New Brighton, Shoreview, Vadnais Heights and School District #621. More...
