UPCOMING DATES TO NOTE:
- Wednesday, May 14th - A.S.A.P. Late Start Day. NOTE: Classes begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Please plan accordingly. The parking lot does get quite congested and tardies due to traffic are not excused. Also, no additional daily parking permits will be issued.

9:30 a.m. - Senior Recognition Program Meeting (Aud) - letters will be sent out to participants.
10:00 a.m. - Senior Year-End Meeting (Aud) - All Seniors MUST attend this meeting information on year-end events, sign-ups for senior retreat and picnic, etc.
- Wednesday, May 21st - Senior Recognition Program - Gym @ 5:30 p.m.
- Thursday, May 22nd - Senior Class Retreat - MVCC - All Day
- Friday, May 23rd - Senior Class Picnic - Long Lake Regional Park - All Day
- Monday, May 26th - Memorial Day - No School - Building Closed
- Thursday, May 29th - Senior Class Final Testing - hours 4, 5 & 6. Hours 1, 2 & 3 are regularly scheduled classes.
- Friday, May 30th -Senior Class Final Testing - hours 1, 2 & 3. Early Release @ 10:27 a.m.
Senior Commencement Program Practice @ 10:30 a.m. - Gym. Seniors will receive their caps, gowns and commencement program tickets.
NOTE: Additional tickets requested will be distributed once all students have received their initial 5 tickets and it has been determined how many additional tickets are available.
- Sunday, June 1st -Senior Class Baccalaureate Program – Seniors & their family are invited to attend the Class of 2008 Baccalaureate Service at St John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Ave NW from 3:00-4:00 p.m. This is an inter-faith event for all seniors and their families, featuring student and staff speakers and musicians.
- Wednesday, June 4th -Graduation Commencement Program - Gym @ 7:00 p.m.
- Thursday, June 5th -Gr 9 - 11 Final Testing. Early Release Day @ 10:27 a.m.
- Friday, June 6th -Gr 9 - 11 Final Testing. Early Release Day @ 10:27 a.m. - Last School Day
Yearbook Ordering
The deadline for ordering a 2008 yearbook has passed. However, you can still purchase one of the extra yearbooks by bringing $62.00 to Mr. Krohn in room 119. Your name will be added to the list upon cash or check payment (checks made out to Irondale Yearbook). These late orders will receive books on a first-come first serve basis, so the sooner you pay, the more likely you are to receive a yearbook.
ATTENTION 2007 LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS!
Scholarships are now available. See Ms. Oakland in the Principal's Office before 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Reminder: To claim your scholarship you need to submit a "paid" fee statement, which shows that you have made payments toward your post-secondary education. The fee statement must show the name of the school you are attending and your full name. You may stop in person to receive your award check or mail it in, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Questions? Contact Ms. Oakland @ 651-639-6045.
ATTENTION 2006 LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS!
If you have not claimed your 2006 local scholarship award, you MUST do so BEFORE June 1, 2008. Unclaimed scholarship awards will be voided after June 1, 2008. Questions? Contact Ms. Oakland@ 651-639-6045.
