When it comes to student achievement, Mounds View Public Schools consistently ranks among the Top 10 districts in the metro. Read more here.

No Child Left Behind
Since the introduction of the federal No Child Left Behind act in 2003, all of Mounds View’s traditional schools have met adequate yearly progress goals every year.

State leaders
Irondale and Mounds View High School were named Top 20 STEM schools for innovation in science, technology, engineering and math. Read more on innovation here.

Directing dollars to the classroom

Administrative spending is down
A State Auditor’s 2005 report shows administrative and support spending over five years in Mounds View actually declined by 5% compared to the metro average of an 8% increase. See comparison chart here.
