2003-04 Final Budget

The District ended the school year with an undesignated fund balance of $636,939 in the General Fund which covers the bulk of School District operations. While the auditors recommend a General Fund balance in the range of 5 percent of expenditures (approximately $4 million), they recognized the difficult decisions that would be required to achieve that level.
