June 13, 2012 -- Each year, the School Board approves a series of goals and related activities on which the Superintendent and Cabinet will focus their work. This is known as the District Operational Plan (DOP).

The DOP is organized around the areas of strategic planning, as illustrated in the schoolhouse model at left. The area of "High Student Achievement," which is at the center of the model, is supported in some way by all of these strategic areas and goals.

At the June 12 School Board meeting, Superintendent Dan Hoverman presented a review of the priority goals outlined for the 2012-2013 school year. To view the entire DOP , please visit here.
