The Career & Life Transition Program (CLT) is a community-based initiative between Mounds View and Roseville Area Public Schools. Through collaborative planning with learners, families and the community, CLT provides quality transition opportunities and services that empower young adults with disabilities to develop skills of self-advocacy, citizenship, employability, and social competence which are essential for life-long success. The areas of transition include Career Experience, Post-Secondary Educational Opportunities, Recreation and Leisure, Domestic Living, and Community Participation.
