Oak Grove High School is a Federal Level IV, special education program for teenagers having emotional and/ or behavioral difficulties (EBD). Working with 65 students from Mounds View and 10 surrounding school districts, we provide a structured, individualized and nurturing environment aimed at promoting student growth and success. Diverse learning opportunities including classroom, experiential, vocational, therapeutic, employment and return to mainstream all seek to enhance the emotional, social and academic skills for each student.
