Coaches of the Year

June 8, 2009 -- Mounds View High School girls’ track coaches Aaron Redman and Scott Ylkanen were named 5AA Girls’ Coaches of the Year. Redman and Ylkanen have served as co-coaches for six years and were previously named Region 4AA Girls’ Coaches of the Year. During their tenure the Mounds View Girls’ Track team has accomplished a State True Team Championships and a Minnesota State High School League Team Championship. The Girls team also won the state track meet title for 2009.
