Summit Orthopedics invites any Mounds View District middle or high school athlete in need of a sports physical to one of our FREE sessions this summer.

Physicals will be held at:

• Irondale High School on July 18 from 5-8pm 
• Summit Orthopedics - Vadnais Heights clinic, located at 3580 Arcade Street on July 20 from 5-8 pm.

Parents/students planning to attend the session at Summit-Vadnais Heights should visit summitortho.com/physicals to register and reserve their spot today.

* FOR IRONDALE LOCATION ONLY: To minimize wait time, and help with staffing, please email Jenn Rahman at jenn.rahman@moundsviewschools.org, or stop by the training room to schedule a time slot. Walk-ins are welcome, but priority will be given to those who sign up in advance.  Please bring a completed 2023-24 MSHSL Physical Exam form.
