Meal Program

  • The meals at LEC are catered towards childrens' tastes while still remaining wholesome and nutritious.

    We will meet specials needs, be it; allergies, vegetarianism, or religious. To assure you or your students special needs do not get lost along the way, please contact LEC directly and ask to be transferred to speak with the camp cook before you or your student arrives.

    Common Meals (varies with groups):

    Breakfast

    Main Dishes:

    Eggs and Hash Browns
    Pancakes and Sausage
    Cinnamon Rolls and Oatmeal

    Side Dishes:

    cereal and milk, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, and orange juice
     

    Lunch

    Main Dishes:

    Deli Sandwich and Soup
    Spaghetti and Bread sticks
    Pizza and Salad
    Chicken legs and Mashed Potatoes
    Side Dishes:
    salad, dressing, fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, and cucumbers), canned fruit, dessert, milk and water
     

    Dinner

    Main Dishes:

    Chicken Patty with Bun
    Hot dogs and Macaroni and Cheese
    Tacos with fixings
    Chicken Nuggets and French Fries
    Sloppy Joes

    Side Dishes:

    Fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, and cucumbers), coleslaw, potato chips, cheese cubes, canned fruit, milk, and punch
     

    Evening Snack

    Rice Krispie Bars
    Cookies
    Orange Creamsicles
