Class sizes are limited, if we don't reach our minimum number of students for a class one week prior to the start, the class/activity will be canceled. Registrations will be *accepted until 12:00pm -Noon on the day before the activity begins if space is available. For activities that begin on Monday, all registrations must be received by Community Education by noon on Friday.
Summer Camp Cancellations: If an activity does not meet it's required minimum at least one week before the camp starts, the camp will be canceled and parents refunded. All cancellation/refund requests must be received by Community Education at least 7 business days before activity begins. After that time, no refunds or credits will be issued.
**We are unable to pro-rate for missed days due to illness, vacation, other camps/classes, sports, conflicts in schedules, summer school, etc. A doctors note will be needed if you are requesting a refund due to an injury or illness.
Before/After School Spanish:
All refunds/cancellations must be requested a minimum of 10 business days before the start of class. No refunds or credit vouchers will be issued after that time.
All Other Before/After School Enrichment:
All refunds/cancellations must be received by Community Education at least 7 days before the start of activity. No refunds or credit vouchers will be issued after that time.
