Youth Financial Assistance/Scholarship Form

Community Education offers a variety of before- and after-school opportunities for students in grades K-5.  Info and online registration:

Students must be registered and paid in full in order to attend any and all before- or after-school youth enrichment programs. Online registration is available at the school links below.

Class sizes are limited and registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis.  

Partial Scholarships may be available if your student attends a Mounds View School District school and qualifies for free or reduced lunch during the school year. Call the Community Education office at 651-621-6020 for more information. If you are inquiring about a partial scholarship for an elementary Spanish class, contact Futura Language Professionals: 952-261-4105. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All refunds/cancellations must be received by Community Education at least 10 business days before the start of activity. No refunds or credit vouchers will be issued after that time.
