    First semester grades have been posted!  You can find them by visiting ParentVUE and looking at the report card tab for your student.  Any questions regarding the report card can be directed to your student's dean.



    The Mounds View High School Girls Golf Team is looking for any interested middle school girls to join their team this year.  If you are interested, please contact Sara Wendt (swendt862@gmail.com) for more information.



    Deans will be in social studies classrooms on Thursday, February 9, to register the 8th grade students for MVHS courses.  You should have received a series of communications outlining your choices from your student's dean to help your student make choices for next year.  Students MUST bring their green worksheet to class on Thursday, February 9 to register.  Contact your student's dean with questions.

    What:  Spanish  Immersion weekend in Bemidji, MN

    When:  May 11-14th (Thursday- Sunday)

    Theme of the Camp: The theme for the Spanish village weekend this year is  El Camino Andino.  Concordia  will be focusing the program on the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela.

    Cost:  $320 includes roundtrip transportation, lodging, meals, and all programming.

    Registration:  Opens Thursday, February 9, at 6am on the Community Ed website!!!  Register early to get a spot.



    Candy Grams will be available for purchase the week prior to Valentine’s Day.  Students will be able to purchase candy grams from February 6- February 10 during their lunch.  All candy grams will be delivered to students by Student Council on Tuesday, February 14. Candy Grams cost $1.00 for one sucker OR 6 for $5.00.



    Student Council will be hosting a dodgeball tournament Friday, February 10 for all students to participate in.  Students can find the team sign-up sheets in the back office starting January 30 - February 9.  Each team should consist of 6-10 players.  Alongside the tournament, a movie will be playing in the auditorium for those kids that want a more relaxing afternoon.  Wristbands for the event will cost $5.  Pizza and snacks will be available for purchase.  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Quincy Treehouse.

    Who: Multiple groups from Minnesota and Wisconsin

    What: Drumline and Colorguard Show

    When: Saturday, February 18.  Drumline 1pm, Colorguard 6:30pm.

    Where: Irondale High School Varsity Gym

    The talented Marching Knights will perform their new shows: "Forever" (Drumline) and “Please Hold” (Colorguard).  Ticket prices are $8 for seniors/students and $10 for adults and will get you into both competitions.



    Mounds View High School is pleased to invite the families of all incoming 9th graders to attend a short presentation, specific to our Early College program.  The presentation will take place in the Mounds View High School auditorium on Tuesday, February 21, at 7 PM.  Please note that most of the information presented will be the same as the information presented at the 8th Grade Information Night presentation on February 16, but for those that wish to ask questions and gain insight specific to Early College, the presentation on February 21 may be for you.
