    The Annual Science Fair will soon be here,

    Tuesday, March 7th is the day this year.

    All Belair students are encouraged to take part,

    Each year 40+ volunteers are needed at the Science Fair for project check-in, interviewing, demonstrations, serving ice cream and clean-up (great for scout troops).  The Science Fair is on March 7th this year.  If you can give a gift of time to our Bel Air kids, please sign-up online at https://sites.google.com/a/moundsviewschools.org/welcome-to-science/matrix or email Laura Scheid,  volunteer coordinator at laura.scheid@wspgroup.com, if you are able to help out! 


    Yearbooks Go On Sale January 30

    Yearbook sales begin on Monday, January 30.  Order forms will be sent home with your student(s) on Monday. (Order Form) You can also order online at: YBPAY.LIFETOUCH.COM, Yearbook ID Code is: 1502317.  Order deadline is March 3.  


    Box Tops  For Education

    Please clip the little pink Box Tops for Education  Last year Bel Air collected close to $2000 in Box Tops. These funds go directly to Bel Air to be used for school enhancements.  Please send any Box Tops you may have with your child and they can place them into the collection bag in their homeroom.


    Early Childhood Parent Advisory Committee Valentine Dance/Silent Auction

    Parents and young children up to age eight are invited to the Valentine Dance/ Silent Auction sponsored by the Mounds View Schools Early Childhood Parent Advisory Committee on Saturday, February 11 from 10 am to noon at Pike Lake Education Center gym.

    Activities include dancing with a live DJ, cookies, stories, crafts, photos, and bidding on silent auction items.  All proceeds go to furnishing early childhood and parent education classrooms.

    $5/child ages 1 and up.


    KnightKrawler Robotics Team

    KnightKrawler Robotics, FRC Team 2052, invites you to attend our annual Sponsors, Family, and Friends Night on Friday, February 24, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Irondale High School Auditorium, 2425 Long Lake Road, New Brighton. Come meet the team, learn this year's game and view our 2017 robot as we prepare to get ready for this year's game challenge FIRST Steamworks. We hope you can join us!



    On Thursday's during the month of February, Moe's Restaurant and Bar (2400 Hwy 10; Mounds View) will donate 20% of the meal portion of your bill to the Irondale Marching Knights Band program.  When checking out, remember to mention Irondale Bands.  Thank you for your patronage to Moe's and for your support of the Irondale Marching Knights Band Program!

    Who: Multiple groups from Minnesota and Wisconsin

    What: Drumline and Colorguard Show

    When: Saturday, February 18.  Drumline 1pm, Colorguard 6:30pm.

    Where: Irondale High School Varsity Gym

    The talented Marching Knights will perform their new shows: "Forever" (Drumline) and “Please Hold” (Colorguard).  Ticket prices are $8 for seniors/students and $10 for adults and will get you into both competitions.


    Community Activities and Program Offerings

    Building Security Procedures

    A visitor screening system helps track visitors and volunteers at each school, providing a safe and monitored environment for students and staff. When parents come to pickup their child(ren), or visitors check in, they will be asked to present a valid state issued ID for entering into the system.
