    Volunteers are needed for the following role:

    • Selling Merchandise for a 2 to 2.5 hour shift during the fair:                    
    Tuesday, March 7
    8:30 to 10:30 am (2 slots)
    10:30 am to 12:30 am (1 slot)
    12:30 to 3:00 pm (1 slot)
    3:00 to 5:30 pm (1 slot)
    Wednesday, March 8
    5:30 to 7:30 pm (2 slots)
    Thursday, March 9

    3:00 to 5:30 pm (2 slots)

    Volunteers receive SPECIAL INCENTIVES, including chances to win free books!  Volunteer and automatically be entered in a drawing for a $25 certificate good toward books or merchandise at the fair.  Your name can be entered multiple times, once for each shift you work.

    The Lost and Found is overflowing.  Be sure to check it over the next few weeks and when you're here for Communication Night for any items your student may be missing.  During spring break, all items will be donated.



    We are still in need of 2 or 3 additional volunteers for the afternoon shift of the science fair

    on March 7th from 12 pm to 3 pm.  If you can give our Belair kids a gift of your time, please sign up online at

    Yearbook sales began on Monday, January 30.  Order forms were sent home with your student(s). (Order Form) You can also order online at: YBPAY.LIFETOUCH.COM, Yearbook ID Code is: 1502317.  Order deadline is March 3.

    Building Security Procedures

    A visitor screening system helps track visitors and volunteers at each school, providing a safe and monitored environment for students and staff. When parents come to pickup their child(ren), or visitors check in, they will be asked to present a valid state issued ID for entering into the system.
