Meal Account Refunds and Procedures

  • All students have access to meals regardless of their account balance. Please view our unpaid meal charge and debt collection procedure if you would like more information.
     
    If your student has graduated or left the school district with funds in their Titan account, please complete the Request for Refund form. Email the completed form to nutritionservices@mvpschools.org or drop it off at the school office. If you would like the remaining funds transferred to a sibling or donated to the Angel Fund account, please indicate on the form. If your student's fund balance is less than $5, please call 651-621-6025 to pick it up at the District Center.  
     
    Funds remaining in your student's account at the end of each school year will roll over to the next school year. Unclaimed funds after graduating or leaving the school district will be automatically be transferred to the Mounds View Public School's Angel Fund.
