Registration for Spring Sports will open on Monday, February 17, 2020. All registrations are done online through a ParentVUE account. Additional information and instructions for completing registration can be found below. Please note that the Activities Office fax is temporarily unavailable. If you are sending in a sports physical, please fax it to the main office fax at 651-621-6805.

Cap on co-curricular fees
There is a $700 maximum amount of co-curricular fees a family may pay each school year. It is the responsibility of the family to contact the Activities Office to notify us just prior to reaching this family cap. Please contact Sue Weber at 651-621-6822 or via e-mail at email@example.com for a fee adjustment prior to submitting your payment online. Activities listed on the Athletics & Fine Arts Offerings sheet apply toward the $700 family cap.
Academic Eligibility Guidelines
The Minnesota State High School League and the Mounds View School District require that students be making satisfactory progress toward graduation to be eligible for participation in extracurricular activities.
Middle School Registration/Consent Form
7th & 8th grade athletes that wish to participate on a high school team will also register online. Before you begin your online registration, approval must be obtained from the middle school principal or dean, the high school activities director and coach. In addition, signatures from both student & parent/guardian are also required. Please complete the following consent form and deliver to the high school activities office before you begin the online registration:

MSHSL Physical Exam
A copy of a sports qualifying physical exam is required prior to registration for all Athletic teams. If you plan to participate on one of these teams, please provide the Activities Office with a copy of your most recent physical exam. Please note that it takes a minimum of 24 hours from the time we receive the physical for it to upload into FeePay, our online registration system. Physicals are valid for 3 years from the date of the exam. Parents can check the current status of their child’s physical through their ParentVUE account by selecting the Student Info tab. The physical date is located at the bottom of the page.
