Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of the exam, and must be valid for the entire season the athlete will be participating in.  A valid physical must be in our system in order to open the online registration form.  New physicals require 24 hours to process.  Physicals can be submitted via e-mail, fax, US Mail, or by dropping off at the Irondale Activities Office (scroll down to MSHSL Physical Exam for more details).  To check the date of a student’s last physical, log in to your ParentVUE account and select the Student Info tab.  The current physical date is located at the bottom of the page (currently not available though the mobile app).  Copies of the 2022-23 MSHSL Physical Exam Form are available online, and in the Activities Office.

Please feel free to contact us for additional assistance:

    Cultural Liasons:

    Cap on co-curricular fees

There is a $700 maximum amount of co-curricular fees that a family may pay each school year.  Our online registration system automatically calculates this amount, and will adjust your fee accordingly. If you are registering multiple students while reaching the cap, please process one at a time to allow the system to calculate properly.  Please contact Sue Weber at 651-621-6822 or via e-mail at sue.weber@mvpschools.org if you encounter any issues with this.  Activities listed on the Athletics & Fine Arts Offerings sheet apply towards the $700 family cap.  This does not include Summer Strength and Conditioning.

    Academic Eligibility Guidelines

The Minnesota State High School League and the Mounds View School District require that students be making satisfactory progress toward graduation to be eligible for participation in extracurricular activities.
