    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - June 12 – August 3 **NO TRAINING July 3rd  through July 7th – MSHSL no contact week
    • $110 per participant 
    • Grade levels are for the fall of the 2023-24 school year.

    Session 1     10th – 12th grade Football players    7:00am – 8:30am
    Session 2      9th grade Athletes    8:15am – 9:45am
    Session 3     10th – 12th grade Male Athletes   9:30am – 10:45am
    Session 4     10th – 12th grade Female Athletes   10:30am - 11:45am

    PHYSICALS: 

    To check the status of your child’s sports physical, please log in to ParentVue, and select the Student Info tab. The physical date is located at the bottom of the page. Physicals are valid for 3 years. If your child's physical is going to expire during the spring season, the system will not let you register. You can scan and email your child’s physical to: cindy.mccallum@moundsviewschools.org or fax to 651-621-7105.

    MSHSL PHYSICAL EXAM:

    2022-23 MSHSL Physical Exam Form

    A copy of a sports qualifying physical exam is required prior to registration for all Athletic teams.  If you plan to participate on one of these teams, please provide the Activities Office with a copy of your most recent physical exam. Please note that it takes a minimum of 24 hours from the time we receive the physical for it to upload into the online registration system. Physicals are valid for 3 years from the date of the exam. Parents can check the current status of their child’s physical through their ParentVUE account by selecting the Student Info tab.  The physical date is located at the bottom of the page.

    CAP ON CO-CURRICULAR FEES:

    There is a $700 maximum amount of co-curricular fees a family may pay each school year. The system will now automatically calculate your fee if you have reached the maximum.

    ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES:

    The Minnesota State High School League and the Mounds View School District require that students be making satisfactory progress toward graduation to be eligible for participation in extracurricular activities.

    MIDDLE SCHOOL REGISTRATION & CONSENT FORM:

    7th & 8th grade athletes that wish to participate on a high school team will register online. Before you begin your online registration, approval must be obtained from the middle school principal or dean, the high school principal, activities director and coach. In addition, signatures from both student & parent/guardian are also required. Please complete the following consent form and deliver to the high school activities office before you begin the online registration:
