    Fall 2019 Cross Country!

    Monday, August 12th is the official start of the cross country season!  

    Practices will be Monday-Friday 8-10am - meet by the track!

    -The entrace to the track is located on Poppyseed Dr-right before the first house by the track.  Things will be a little caotic with all the construction........

    Full schedule is on the Calendar page of website!

    -Make sure your sports physical is up to date.  Physicals are good for 3 years!  Plan ahead as it is sometimes hard to make a sports physical appointment!

    -Online registration will open on Monday, July 29!

    -You must be officially registered to participate in practice!!!!

    Twin Cities Marathon Volunteer Registration Information:

    For the past several years, the Irondale Cross-Country team has volunteered to work a water stop at mile 2.5 on the marathon course. The 2019 date is Sunday, October 6th.  It’s a great way for us to give back to the running community and it is a very inspirational event to see.  Follow the link below to sign up.  Don’t forget to add that you are with Irondale Cross-Country in the registration process. When the link takes you to the volunteer page, at the top put in the “fluid2.519” and it will take you to the correct spot.

    TEXT ALERT INFORMATION!

    This summer and during the fall Cross Country season – coaches will be sending out important information via text messaging.  It is very important for all runners to please sign up for text alerts – there is a text alert for each team (Boys and Girls)
