ORCHESTRA & BAND PARENTS - STUDENT DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURES AT HIGHVIEW
Thank you so much to our Bel Air and Valentine Hills Orchestra and Band parents for helping us to implement our drop-off and pick-up procedures in our Highview Middle School Parking Lot. These changes are helping us to provide a safer environment for students, parents and staff.
- Parents must drop students off in the small parking lot in front of the school. We are asking parents not to enter the bus lanes.
- Parents will no longer be allowed in the bus loading area between the hours of 7:15 - 8 a.m. and 2:15 - 3 p.m.
- Parents using the parent pick-up/drop-off area will now be required to take a right turn only when exiting the parking lot.
- When dropping off or picking up a student, please pull ahead to the furthest open space. This helps alleviate congestion and helps things to move along more efficiently.
Highview Band/Orchestra students and parents will greet your students.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you have any questions please feel free to send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
