• 2020 Summer Running!

    In a normal year, we would be getting ready to start Captain led summer workouts.

    In the covid era- all in person group meetings are on hold.  As soon as we have the ability to meet as a group, I will update the website and send out a remind!

    So for the time being, it will be train on your own!

    The Training Log has a suggested training calander with lots of suggestions for runs throughout the summer - make sure to check it out!


    Some suggestions for a successful summer of running!

    1. Pick a summer milage goal – make sure you pick a goal you think you can meet – if you have questions about what goal to pick – email Coach Torvi 

    2. try to run 5-6 days a week

    3. –Post your milage on the Training Log




    This summer and during the fall Cross Country season – coaches will be sending out important information via text messaging.  It is very important for all runners to please sign up for text alerts – there is a text alert for each team (Boys and Girls)
