Meet the PTA Board

  • Bel Air PTA Executive Board

    To be recognized as a non-profit by the National PTA Board, we are required to have an executive board. However, we welcome everyone to be active and participate, volunteer, share ideas and thoughts, and help us make Bel Air the best school we can! 

    Kate Wagner, Co-President 

    Kate has a daughter, Josie, who is in 2nd grade at Bel Air. Her son, Teddy, is in Kindergarten at Pike Lake. While both kids are in school full time this year Kate is excited to be able to devote more time to volunteering and supporting this wonderful community for our children.

    Andrew Harrison, Treasurer

    Andrew has a son in 1st grade at Bel Air this year (2022) and his daughter will start 1st grade there in 2024. When he isn’t running around with his family in New Brighton, he works for the City of Minneapolis’ finance department. 

    Gretchen Dullinger, Secretary

    This is Gretchen's first year serving as secretary on the PTA board. Her daughter, Celia, is a 4th grader in Ms. Bercier/Ms. Stearns class. Gretchen works full-time in the Osseo School District in the Early Childhood Program.
