Euro Challenge team participates in virtual competition

  • Mounds View's Euro Challenge team took first place in the Midwest regional competition and competed in the national semifinalist competition held in May. During the Euro Challenge, teams research European economic policy and prepare for a presentation to a distinguished panel of judges. The team then presents a detailed presentation of current economic conditions in one of the countries that share the euro, and proceed to make policy recommendations to improve that country's competitiveness, human capital and sustainable growth. The Mounds View team studied inequality and social mobility in Lithuania. Congratulations to sophomores Cameron Dolbow, Gina Song, Kevin Xiong and Margaret Xiao and freshman Matteo Meyer.
