Promote the welfare of children in the home, school and community.

• Create a link between the home and school so that parents and teachers may best cooperate in the education of children.
• Unite educators and the general public to secure for all children the highest advantages in physical, mental, and social education. 

To that end, the Bel Air PTA and PTA Executive Board will promote and support initiatives that are beneficial to parents, children, school and community by:

• Creating and promoting fundraising activities that support PTA-sponsored initiatives.
• Providing a forum for constituents to discuss and vote on PTA-related topics.
