Degrees and Certifications:
My name is Kari and I am the English Language Arts teacher at the Mounds View eALC. I am enjoying my fifth year at the eALC!
Tuesday's from 7:30-8:30a.m. are my office hours, but feel free to email me anytime! I use this time to get contact parents to let them know of the great progress students are making in my class and if they're missing any assignments!
You can reach me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 651-621-6211. My room is Room 1, the first classroom on the left when you enter the school.
All students are all either enrolled in a Google Classroom or an APEX class. Students should log in to Classroom to find missing assignments, due dates, and work on their homework there.

In Independent Study, students are able to choose the topic they’d like to study. Some students are working on credit recovery from English 9 & 10 on APEX, while others are reading novels, writing speeches, and learning about satire. Come with a topic or idea you’re interested in exploring further!
