Mrs. Charee Koy
I am an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher at the Early Childhood Education Center in New Brighton. I have been teaching for Mounds View Schools since 2004. I have been working in the Early Childhood profession for over 20 years. I live in New Brighton with my husband and children. I have a 10 year old son, a 6 year old daughter and a 2 year old daughter.
