Career and Life Transition-Shoreview provides transition services to students aged 18-21 who have a current Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) and have not yet earned their high school diploma due to continued special education goals

The Career and Life Transition-Shoreview program is designed to meet the unique transitional needs of students with special needs between 18-21 years of age.  The program focuses on the three areas of transition: Postsecondary Education and Training, Employment, and Independent Living.

Programming at CLT-Shoreview addresses the individual needs of each student through courses, community participating, and job and volunteer opportunities. The staff at CLT-Shoreview is committed to the success of all students.  Programs and services will be in place to ensure that race, class and disability will not predict students’ success.  Our staff members are committed to creating a curriculum which provides students with opportunities to develop skills needed after high school to be successful at home and in the community.
