The REACH Transition program serves special education students 17-21 years of age and is part of the Mounds View Public School system. Students who attend REACH Transition will be provided with classroom instruction and hands-on learning experiences to meet graduation requirements with a strong focus in the transition areas of Independent Living, Jobs and Job Training, and Postsecondary Education and Training.
