Irondale/ Spring Lake Park Mission Statement:

The mission of Irondale/Spring Lake Park gymnastics is to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for athletes to better themselves and express their creativity and cometitiveness. Coaches and staff will build authentic relationships with each individual student athlete to grow inside and outside of the gym.

Communication:

This winter during gymnastics season- coaches will be sending out important information via text messaging. It is very important for all gymnasts to please sign up for text alerts. Parents feel free to sign up as well.

Important Dates:

November 1st at 6pm- Parents meeting.

November 5th-9th- captains practice.

November 12th is the first official day of practice!!
