Elementary School Activity Program Policies
Students must be registered and paid in full in order to attend any and all before-/after-school youth enrichment programs. Online registration is available with Visa, Mastercard and Discover at the school links below. Payments from your checking or savings accounts are also accepted. If you wish to register by mail, please print and complete the form linked below and mail to the community education office.

Class sizes are limited and registration are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
Partial Scholarships may be available if your student attends a Mounds View School District school and qualifies for free or reduced lunch during the school year. Call the Community Education office at 651-621-6020 for more information and how to register. If you are inquiring about a partial scholarship for an elementary Spanish class, contact Futura Language Professionals at 952-261-4105.
All refunds/cancellations must be received by Community Education at least 10 business days before the start of activity. No refunds or credit vouchers will be issued afterthat time. All refunds/cancellations for before- and after-school Spanish must be requested a minimum of 10 business days before the start of class. No refunds or credit vouchers will be issued after that time.
