THANK YOU FROM TITANIUM ALLIES ROBOTIC TEAM
What happened to 7.2 million LEGOs collected last year? These LEGOs were collected, sorted, organized and packaged into kits or barrels for easy distribution. These LEGOs will be used across the district to start new elementary level robotics teams, and also supply existing teams with supplemental parts. Already, your donation has fully equipped 13 new K-3rd grade LEGO League Jr. teams, and 2 new 4th grade LEGO League teams. Additionally, the District LEGO League Jr. Coordinator has sent out supplemental LEGO kits to 24 second year LEGO League Jr. teams. This community has also given a great stockpile to pull from in the future years as the Mounds View robotics program continues to grow. Our district-wide robotics program is only in its second year, but with the generous donations from the community we know it will successfully impact hundreds of students over the years.
