Welcome to Business and Marketing! Our mission is to eduate students for success in college, business, and life!

We are fortunate to have a very robust Business and Marketing program at Mounds View High School.  At Mounds View High School, students can earn a Business and Marketing certificate by successfully completing 4 or more Business and Marketing courses. This certificate looks great on college applications and job resumes!

In addition, our business and marketing courses are articulated. For more information on articulation, visit www.ctecredit.mn.  Some of our courses also offer NOCTI exams. A 70% or better earns college credit! Visit www.NOCTI.org for more info.

For more information on the courses I teach, please visit the class pages. There you will find a course syllabus and any other important information.

I look forward to working with you this semester!

TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION:
In our Business and Marketing courses we use a variety of techology resources. Web based learning resources are increasingly being used to engage students and improve student learning outcomes. Some common tools that your student may encounter and use include: Google Classroom, Remind, Prezi for Education, Google Suite for Education, Kahoot, Quizlet, EdPuzzle, Canva, Startheregoplaces (Accounting), Aplia (Accounting), icivics (Business and Personal Law), and Socrative. New tools arise every day.  As a school and a district, we continually evaluate technology tools to ensure they are appropriate and safe for our students’ ages, grade levels, and are relevant to their learning.
