We would like to welcome students and parents to the library media center. The LMC is the heart of our school. You will find students looking for books, volunteers shelving books, community guests reading with kids, staff and students using computers to access information and lots more in the Island Lake library media center.

Goals

The goals of the library program at Island Lake are to support the classroom curriculum, to foster a love of reading, and to help students learn to use technology as an effective tool in their learning.
