    Reminder: Spring Break is March 14 - 22.  Classes will resume on Monday, March 25.  Have a safe and fun break.

    There will be a mandatory chemical awareness meeting for all Spring participants on Monday, March 25, starting at 6:00 pm for all male athletes, and 6:45 pm for female athletes.  All athletes should plan to attend with at least one parent/guardian.  The session for females will include a presentation by ETS Performance Training focusing on the four pillars to success as an athlete: Mindset & Attitude, Athletic Performance & Skill Development, Nutrition & Recovery, Commitment & Dedication.

    Softball and Track & Field held their first practices on Monday, with all other Spring sports to follow in the next few weeks.  Click here for a list of registration start & end dates.

    The Activities Office will be staffed during Spring Break with the exception of Friday, March 22when all District #621 buildings will be closed.  We encourage all athletes to complete their registration as soon as possible to insure that they are ready to go on the first day of practice.  Please note that registration end dates indicate the last possible day to register, and that NO athletes will be allowed to participate until all registration requirements are complete.  Any family that is at or approaching the $700 family max should contact Sue Weber for a price adjustment no later than Monday, March 25, prior to completing their online registration.  Questions can be directed to Sue Weber at 651-621-6822 or via e-mail at sue.weber@moundsviewschools.org.

    Wednesday, March 27, from 5-10 pm, Adagio’s Pizza Factory, located at 2052 Silver Lake Road, New Brighton, will donate 10% of all sales to the Irondale All Knight Party for any dine-in/carry-out or delivery orders.  Please bring your family, friends and appetites to earn some money for the Class of 2019 after grad party!  We look forward to seeing you there!

    We are looking forward to an exciting spring session.  This co-ed program is offered under the administration of the MN High School Clay Target League.  If you are interested in participating in the Irondale Clay Target League, email the team coach at irondaletrapshooting@gmail.com for more details and registration instructions.  The IHS Clay Target team shoots on Sunday afternoons from the last week of March to the end of May at the Metro Gun Club in Blaine. The prerequisites include: having completed the MN DNR firearms safety certificate by April 14 and to be an IHS student.  Registration is now open and will close March 14.
