The apparel for the 2019 season has been selected and is available to order online now. There will be two order periods, the first of which will close after the next Booster Club meeting on Monday, December 10th. The second order window will be around the start of the season.

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

Florida Spring Training Roster - The first shirt, yellow with MV Softball, is required for all players going to Florida. This shirt will be your jersey, so everyone must have one. This is reserved for the Florida trip.

Mandatory/Required Items - The following items are required for ALL players on ALL teams:

    • Team T-shirt (black with MV Softball). This will be the practice shirt for all teams.
    • White DeMarini helmet (it MUST be identical to the ones on this site. Label for the front and number for the back will be provided). If you do not wish to buy your own helmet, a shared helmet will be available through the program. All helmets must match.
    • Black "wrist coach" armband (for coaches play codes) - NOT available on this apparel site. You can order online from Dick's Sporting Goods, or a host of other places. Here's a link to one at Dick's Sporting Goods: Wrist Coach

Hats or Visors - If you wish to wear a hat or visor, it MUST be WHITE, and it MUST say Mounds View Softball. You're safest to go with those on this site, but do NOT buy any color other than white if you plan to wear it while playing.

Joggers - There are black or grey joggers available for the players. This is not required, and you can order what you wish. The captains would like to request that players order grey, if possible.

  • Dome Ball Interest for 2019

MVHS Softball historically fields 1 team for a winter dome ball program. This has been for returning Varsity players in the past. Last year, we were able to field 2 teams, giving many more girls the opportunity to knock the rust off and prepare for the high school season.

Dome ball takes place on weekend (Saturday OR Sunday) mornings (anywhere from 6:50 am to 11:00 am), in West St. Paul. The program runs from early January to mid-March. We have paid coaches lined up for our returning Varsity team, and will make best efforts to do the same for a second team, provided there is enough interest.

If you're interested in playing dome softball for MVHS Softball in 2019, please complete the quick questionnaire here: Dome Ball Interest Form

This is only to collect interest and does not guarantee a spot on a team. Dome ball teams and details will be discussed at each booster club meeting, as well as by direct email communication to those included.

Please contact Alyson Whalen with any questions. The booster club runs the dome ball program, as high school coaches are not allowed.
