Orchestra Students Perform in Austria/Hungary

Students from both Concert and Symphony Orchestra traveled to Austria and Hungary over spring break to perform and tour the cities of Salzburg, Vienna, and Budapest.  50 students in grades 10-12 and nine adult chaperones were on the eight day trip.  The orchestra performed three times throughout the trip in cathedrals and concert venues in addition to exploring and learning about the history of each city.  Students experienced other cultures, gained a greater understanding of global issues, and a new perspective on their role in the world.  It was a wonderful musical adventure for all!
