For those of you that are interested in getting a vaccination before school starts:
Upcoming vaccine clinic at Edgewood
In partnership with Ramsey County, parents of students are invited to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment at Edgewood Middle School for their child on Friday, August 6, if they are interested. See below for information about how to schedule your child’s vaccine appointment. The vaccine is optional and offered at no cost for all families.
How to make an appointment:
Click on the link below to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available Friday, August 6, from 3-6 p.m.
The vaccine administered will be the Pzifer-BioNTech vaccine, which has been authorized for children ages 12 and up.
There are limited vaccines available. If we are not able to move you off of the waitlist, there are other opportunities to get the Pfizer vaccine through the Vaccine Connector. Find Ramsey County’s vaccine clinics for ages 18 and older (Moderna or Johnson & Johnson) here.
Please show up as close to your appointment time as possible in order to minimize the number of people inside the building to maintain social distancing.
Participants will be directed to a waiting area with other participants for 15-30 minutes after their vaccination for observation by a medical professional.
Scheduling for the second dose will occur onsite after the first dose is received. The second dose should be administered on or around August 27.
